Additional Info:

After providing a peace table several times a year from 1992 on, at DeKalb High School, without incident, the school board was asked by
incoming principal in 2005 to give the OK for us to continue.  We were then first denied access then told we could continue with our Peace Table but could not give out any materials. However, the military recruiters of course do give out materials.  We subsequently relied on students to provide the tables, since they of course can give out materials (which we provided them with).  However, this is spotty if at
all, as students lose interest, graduate, etc.  We're currently trying to get principal to explore with us how we can regain the right to do what we did all those years.  Just getting an appt. with her is a problem.  We plan to show her the materials we would be handing out, which we probably need to update, as the student group did not respond to our efforts to stay in touch.
